The Tate brothers had been in custody since December, when they were arrested on allegations of human trafficking, rape and forming an organized criminal group. The two men and two Romanian women who were also arrested have been placed under house arrest until at least April 29. The prosecution is expected to ask for an extension of their investigation for another 30 days, according to a spokesperson for the brothers. No indictment has been brought against them. He has been a controversial figure due to his outspoken views on women and his involvement in far-right politics.
